Resources · Complaints & Feedback Your voice matters, and we listen with purpose

At Eternal Disability Care, feedback is a sign of trust, not a threat. Whether it's a concern, a suggestion, or a formal complaint, we want to hear it, and we'll respond in a way that makes you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.

How to provide feedback

  • Talk to your support worker or house supervisor at any time
  • Email or call your service manager directly
  • Use EDC's internal Feedback & Complaints Form (email, in person, or anonymously)
  • Ask a family member, advocate, or support coordinator to raise a concern on your behalf
  • Contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission if your concern hasn't been properly handled

What happens when you make a complaint

Acknowledged

We acknowledge your complaint within 1–2 business days.

Reviewed

A manager reviews the concern and begins looking into what happened.

Updated

We keep you updated throughout the process.

Actioned

We take action: speaking with staff, updating a plan, changing a process.

Closed out

We close the loop with a clear outcome, follow up, and optional review.

Our commitment

Submit a complaint or piece of feedback

Fill in as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Leave your name and email blank if you'd like to stay anonymous, though we won't be able to follow up directly if you do.
