Whatever your situation, our first step is always the same: getting to know you and understanding what matters most. We work closely with you and everyone in your corner, including informal supporters like friends and family, and formal supporters like your allied health team, support coordinator, and hospital team.
Our team is there on the day you move in to help you settle in. We love celebrating your arrival with a BBQ: a chance to meet support workers and, where applicable, housemates. As you settle in, we provide regular opportunities to check that the supports we're providing are meeting your needs.
