MTA is NDIS funding for somewhere to live when you can't move into your long term home yet, for example while home modifications are finished or your SDA home is being completed.
MTA is usually funded for up to 90 days.
MTA funding covers the accommodation. Your personal support, such as Supported Independent Living or in home support, is funded separately, and we can provide both.
MTA is for participants who have a long term housing solution lined up but can't move in yet. It needs to be included in your NDIS plan.
